"Rebuilding lives & communities, together."
We have a vision to reverse the historical injustices that managed to create inviolable barriers for urban communities across America- from reaching their most eminent potential.
Every year hundreds of men and women are released from local jails or NYS prison back to the Rochester, NY community. The Reentry & Community Development Center, Inc. was founded in 2017 (we later incorporated as a 501c3 nonprofit in 2021) to provide comprehensive reentry support and addiction related services to this vulnerable, and historically marginalized population.

We are dedicated to delivering the following services within the most neglected communities in Rochester, NY with the understanding that Black and Brown individuals have been disproportionately represented in the criminal justice system. Black and Brown communities targeted by mass incarceration deserve intentional investment and support.
